SBG CLOTHING SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREA

SBG Clothing currently ships within the United States only.

SHIPPING COST

A flat $8 shipping charge applies to all orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

DELIVERY TIME

After an order ships, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. To request an address correction, email support@sbgthebrand.com as soon as possible. Addresses cannot be changed after an order has shipped.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also email support@sbgthebrand.com, and we will assist when possible. SBG Clothing cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
